Today is my birthday and I had a great weekend. It was filled with having friends over Friday evening. We had Eric's family over Saturday afternoon/evening. It was great to see his brother Kevin(he lives in WA). Then today was a quiet day with my husband and kids. The cupcakes and card above was given to me by my visiting teacher and friend Jamie. They were filled with strawberry filling. Thanks for remembering my special day.

Great News!!
As many of you know Eric has been taking the CPA exam. It consist of four exams. We(it's really him, but I feel like it's me too) have taken them all and haven't succeeded to pass any of them until now. He has passed his first section. Only three more to go.
Eric, way to go! I'm proud of you and stand behind you for the next three.
Thanks to all of our family and friends for keeping him in your prayers. We ask that you keep praying for him(he needs it).
He will be taking another exam at the end of October.

Completed Projects!!
Eric and his great friend Rusty put this border around our bushes a few months ago. It took a few Sat. to get done, but they did a great job. Thanks Rusty for the help and we can't wait to pay back the favor when you get into your home next month. Congrats!
In our kitchen we have this huge, bare wall. I wanted some type of message board to hang our calendar and some of the girls stuff from school. This is what Eric came up with. All I have to do is paint it. Great job, Eric. I love it.

Random Things at Our House!
You can find Pierce being pushed in anything that moves in our house. It can be the girls toy strollers, his toy wagon or this small green bucket on wheels.
Dress up shoes are popular at our house. Especially the cinderella ones.
If you come to my house on the weekends you can find several pairs of my shoes laying around the house from the girls wearing them. It gets out of hand sometimes, but I love how they want to feel my shoes. Little do they know it will be soon enough for them.
The only thing that I can say is that I LOVE MY KIDS!! It's great to be a mom and one that gets to see all of these things and more. What a blessing!

Thanks Kim for tagging me. It has been fun to look back and reflect on what we've done, where we've been and what we want to do. Eric and I have had our ups and downs and we are very greatful for every experience we have had.

I was about to turn 12 years old and living in the Mesquite area. That's all I can offer.

I was serving a mission for my church at this time 10years ago. I had been in Guatemala for only a few months by now just loving everything that surrounded me. I loved the people, the culture, the language, the food(we won't discuss this one-I gained a lot of weight) and most importantly sharing my testimony of my Savior and the Book of Mormon.

I have been married for a little over two years to my best friend, Eric. We bought our first home in Mckinney. We bought our Chrysler Towne&Country (we still have it-paid off and runs great). We also started our family with the birth of Mackenna.
We sold our home and moved to Rexburg Idaho so that Eric could finish his degree in Accounting. It took exactly a year to do. YIPEE!
We were living in Plano in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. We just welcomed our third baby into our family, Pierson Joseph.
So far this year
We moved from our little apartment in Plano to our new home in Mckinney. We've sent our oldest baby off to public schools and our second baby to preschool. I'm able to volunteer at Kenna's school. I'm working with the youth again in my ward.
Yesterday
Eric's parents were able to come out to visit. While the girls went to a friends birthday party Eric and I went to the cheesecake factory for appetizers with Pierce. Then we had another couple over to play a card game. Stayed up way too late again.
Today
Went to church. Had an extra meeting. Spent a very casual day with my husband and kids. Spoke with one of my best friends from high school by phone.
Tomorrow
Sending my husband off to his first day at his new job. He's no longer in public accounting-NO MORE TRAVELING!!!!! He starts with a company here in McKinney-NO MORE LONG COMMUTES-LESS GAS!!! I might take the kids to a play group. I really need to go shopping for some clothes but I hate shopping for myself.
In the next month
Trade off with another Mom so I can volunteer in Kenna's classroom. Hopefully help my best friend pack up her apartment and move to McKinney(you're in my prayers Aubrianne). Celebrate my Charly's fourth birthday. We can't forget about Halloween!!
In the next year...
Continue to work toward our goals.
In the next 5-10 years...
I really would like a pool in our backyard. To have been on our first trip away from the kids(for our 10yr anniv.-that's actually in three years).

First Day of Preschool
I took Charly to her first day of preschool today. Before leaving we took her picture and this is the one that best fits our Charlize. She has such a fun personality and loves to be silly. She too chose to wear her "pink puffy shirt" on her first day.
This is the chair where she'll be sitting. She sits across from her good friend Alyssa.
I'm super excited for Charly and this next year. She will be making 14 new friends and learning a lot of new things in a school like environment that she needs/wants. Charly I love you and look forward to seeing you grow and change in the year.

I had to post this picture of this cute little guy. He's about to turn 15months and has two teeth on the bottom(one more peeking through) and one on top(with his second peeking through. The lack of teeth doesn't stop him from eating. He was able to eat corn on the cob this weekend.
